Whitney Tharaldson

Whitney founded The Tharaldson Group to assist dentists in practice transitions and ultimately to help them achieve their dreams and goals. Whether a dentist is starting or ending their career Whitney will help to navigate obstacles and determine the next steps.

Whitney has extensive experience in the dental industry and has spent the majority of her career working with dentists. Whitney has worked in the competitive southern California dental practice transitions arena since 2010 and has forged many valuable relationships with buyers, sellers and industry professionals. Whitney also worked for the largest dental distributor in the world, Henry Schein, as the company’s first ever Business Consulting Specialist, where she sold and promoted business consulting services throughout California and Hawaii. In addition, Whitney worked as a Field Sales Consultant in southern California for Henry Schein, where she excelled and quickly rose to the top.

Whitney has truly experienced every aspect of the dental industry and deeply understands the inner workings of a dental practice, from selling or buying a practice to managing a practice to daily operations. Whitney’s knowledge and understanding of the dental industry combined with her a vast network, consisting of thousands of dentists and industry professionals, give her a unique competitive advantage. Whitney is very successful in completing her ultimate goal: appropriately matching buyers and sellers for a seamless transition and satisfied clients.

Whitney holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne. Whitney also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Beach State University with a major in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication Studies and a minor in Chemistry.
